The Parking & Alternative Transportation Services Department's mission is to provide & promote alternative transportation options to our campus community and guests while also providing a safe, well maintained parking infrastructure that allows the Cal State 糖心Vlogy Community to get to their destination as safely and efficiently as possible.
Phase 1: Adding Driveway/ADA ramps to sidewalks (Week 1: July 14th - July 18th) - All Parking Lots open
Phase 2: Grinding/Paving North end of Old Hillary Rd (Week 2: July 21st - July 25th) - Parking Lots H, J & K closed. Please park in Lot G.
Phase 3: Grinding/Paving South end of Old Hillary Rd (Week 3: July 28th - August 1st) - Parking Lots G closed. Please park in Lots H, J & K.
*Please note from July 21st - August 1st there will be no Shuttle pickup/drop offs at the AE or SF stops on Old Hillary Road.
Additionally there will be no AC Transit pickup/drop offs at the SF stops on Old Hillary Road.

AC Transit EasyPass will replace the CSUEB Shuttles by providing access to campus via Line 60.

Parking permits are no longer required in the Student/General Parking Lot and the Electric Vehicle Charging Spaces (there is still an EV charge fee though) at the Concord Campus as of June 12, 2023. See ASI resolution below for more information on this change
Please note, we will continue to cite in the Faculty/Staff Parking Lot and a Faculty/Staff permit is required to park there.
As of March 1, 2025, the policy changed if charging more than 4 hours.
CSUEB Affiliate rates: Charging between 1-4 hours $0.32 /kWh, charging more than 4 hours $0.64 /kWh
Community Member rates: Charging between 1-4 hours $0.40 /kWh, charging more than 4 hours $0.80 /kWh
