Key Focus Areas Include:

✅ Establishing strong leadership to develop and oversee EO initiatives.

✅ Collaborating with existing EO organizations to align efforts and amplify impact.

✅ Advocating for establishing an independent entity to support Employee Ownership in California.

✅ Raising awareness about Employee Ownership as a sustainable and socially responsible mechanism for entrepreneurship.

✅ Providing accessible learning opportunities on EO through curated modules and case studies.

✅ Fostering the development of EO startups and providing professional guidance.

✅ Assisting local small businesses in transitioning to Employee Ownership, fostering sustainability, and regional impact.
